9/11 @15

According to Carl Sagan, who died in 1996, we were at 0.7 on the Kardashev Scale. I can't imagine that we're beyond that at this point, and if we are, it is at the expense of the things we haven't resolved since 9/11, meaning we have apparently resorted to "solutionism" through rapid technological development.

Racing to the future is a means to quickly forget the past. Ascending the Kardashev scale is all about energy, but also has metaphysics. At what point does the building of a Dysonsphere change ancient ideologies?
