Overview Effect (Cont.)

An Eclipse is a type of Overview Effect from the zoomed vantage point of the moon--its shadow an extension, reaching down to earth like a huge dark storm cloud.

We always see the opposite: a bright moon, sometimes a golden 'moon illusion' coming up over the horizon. But seldom are we enveloped in its shadow.

It's also interesting that shadows make temporary places for a congregation at which music is played, even if one isn't physically there.
