Some believe Liner Notes aren't useful, but in anything that is experimental, explicit creative strategies and objectives can be clarifying at the get-go, so there is no confusion later. This album is all about the sound of confusion! The future (at least to me in music) is in jazz. Jazz will always be joined at the hip with technology, because it does what any technology does: extend.
I am experimenting with Coltrane Cycles and harmolodics, and focusing on the symmetries inherent in tonal music, and its extension, asymmetry. This also works in reverse where asymmetry has symmetry as an extension.
