Parallel Worlds

This is something I set up to define generational mirror points (~20 years) in a chronology for a story I was working on.

I found a corollary in the book "Sapiens", wherein the author uses two examples that are equidistant and parallel from a set-point: The Code of Hammurabi (1776 B.C., or actually 1750) and the Declaration of Independence (1776). By such a measurement we could also trace 2016 back to 1984, and place the future reflection of Ozzie and Harriet in 2040.

This obviously makes sense only in increments of generations.

The fact that the image looks like a pair of clip-on sunglasses (from the 60s) is only coincidental.
