Initial idea consisted of 2 bass parts using a combination of natural harmonics and fretted notes, panned L-R. The main concept of altered tuning still stands, i.e. they give you song ideas you wouldn't get in standard tuning. Whether you continue to perform them in the 'native' tuning is another story...
This tuning's natural gravitation seems to be an E Mixolydian tonality, or pandiatonic in A. Also it seems to suggest jazzier ideas, but other stuff might surface with more exploration.
