Cosmetological Constants



Once I heard a woman make a cute mistake: she confused 'cosmology' with 'cosmetology'. We live in extremely superficial times, so this kind of slip is expected. It's now all about celebrity, ratings and likes, as was predicted by Eno in the 1990s when the Jerry Springer show was popular. It's kind of smart: get a gimmick and keep repeating it, while we know it's all BS. Most people like BS, which is why pop art took off, with Warhol as the star sales associate. The funny thing is, we still love the idea of it.
