Venezuela Youth Orchestra

It's interesting to see what happens to music when someone's life depends on it. What has been missing from classical music (and many other genres) is what cultural experiences the musicians bring to it--similar to what the British invasion did with the Blues. Just because it's 'classical' doesn't mean the musicians have to be strapped to their seats.
