Watched Brian Wilson's "Pet Sounds". Interesting: He was influenced by the Beatles' "Rubber Soul" and they were influenced by Pet Sounds for Sgt. Pepper. (The boomerang effect)
They're razing the old Sun Times building in the Loop, and when I pass by it I always tune into the sound of jack hammers echoing through the empty space. (An interesting long reverb effect for ambient music)
